Plant protection drone design requirements
1. Design of brushless motors for plant protection drones
High stability and long life
The structure with multi-level slots and poles can reduce the vibration of the motor during operation, reduce motor loss, and extend the life of the motor. The material is upgraded, and the integrated steel shaft replaces the integrated aluminum shaft.
High tension and high efficiency
The stator structure of the UAV drone motor is optimized to minimize the weight while meeting the mechanical strength requirements. At the same time, the automatic winding process is used to increase the coil slot full rate.
High temperature resistance
The use of professional high-temperature wires and the unique heat dissipation port design on the front and rear covers can increase ventilation while resistant to high temperatures and improve the motor's overload resistance.
Dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion
The plant protection drone motor adopts a fully enclosed grid structure, and the dust and water resistance reaches IP35 level. The coil surface and stator are attached with special coatings and the use of varnishing process effectively prevents pesticides from corroding the coil.
Anti-fall and durable
The plant protection UAV drone motor structure and processing accuracy are optimized, and there are bearing covers on both the top and bottom to strengthen the protection of the core components of the motor, effectively avoiding the situation where the motor cannot be used due to local deformation caused by collision or falling.
2. The whole agricultural drone machine is foldable, and the tripod is designed for quick removal, which is convenient to carry. The folding machine arm is adopted, and the vulnerable parts are specially designed. The folding propeller is made of high-toughness fiber material, which can be replaced quickly and easily.
3. The cumbersome rocker design is cancelled and integrated under the machine arm for convenient transfer and transportation; a protective device is added to the bottom of the motor to better protect the motor.
4. Anti-wave design of the medicine barrel. A filter is added to the bottom of the medicine barrel, and the bottom of the medicine barrel is detachable for easy cleaning; at the same time, a stirring system is added to prevent uneven spraying caused by liquid medicine precipitation; a liquid medicine detection sensor is installed, and an automatic alarm is issued when there is no medicine.
5. The two-color indicator light is clearly visible in the left and right directions. The indicator light directly prompts when there is no medicine or no electricity, which can easily cope with night flight operations.
