The electric motor stator coil forming machine is used to shaping the coil after motor coil lacing and binding. With electrical integrated control and hydraulic transmission ,it conducts the extruding forming to the stator end coil’s OD,ID and height through OD forming sliding block, ID forming expanding core, to achieve the required coil sizes and meet motor assembly condition. We can provide all kinds of machines needed in the motor manufacturing process, such as motor armature and stator winding machine ,slot paper inserting machine, coil forming machine, coil lacing machine, coil insertion machine, armature commutator spot welding machine, armature and commutator turning lathe machine ,etc.

(1)Application:

This coil forming and shaping machine is used for the final forming of small and middle motor stator manufacturing, it is suitable for induction motor, washing machine motor, compression motor, air conditioner motor, fan motor, generator motor and pump motor.

(2)Introduction:

1.Primary qualification rate ≥99.5%, after rework, the rate ≥99.9%

2.This machine adopts whole hydraulic system and PCL program.

3.This machine can adjust the forming stack length by changing washer.

4.This machine adopts safety grating protection system. Operator need to stand when operating.

5.Machine adopts two hands simultaneously start button to ensure safety.

6.Both slot paper and wedge should not be damaged or turned over.

7.The stator should not be deformation or stator lamination should not be upward. There is no wire enamel broken.

8.Production capacity ≤13s/set (exclude loading/unloading time)
