    I. Motor No Load Testing MACHINE

     

    Testing Features:

    1. Dielectric strength test (Hi-pot)

    1.1 Output voltage setting range/accuracy:AC200~3000V ±2%*setvalue+10V

    1.2 Breakdown current measurement range/accuracy:0.10~20.00mA ±2%*displayvalue+0.05mA

    1.3 Current preset alarm range upper limit:0.10~20.00mA; lower limit:0.00~20.00mA

    2. Insulation resistance test

    2.2 Insulation resistance measurement range:1~500MΩ±3%*displayvalue+0.5MΩ

    2.3 Insulation resistance alarm setting range: upper limit:0~500MΩ;lower limit:1~500MΩ

    3. Surge test:

    II. Motor Load Testing MACHINE:

    Testing System

    1.Testing parameter:

    RPM, torque, output power, voltage, current, input power, capacitor voltage, power factor, frequency, efficiency, room temperature and rotation. 

     

    2. Output measurement:

     

    2.1 RPM measure:

    0.01rpm~999.99rpm,1000.1rpm~9999.9rpm, 10000rpm~40000rpm. Accuracy better than ±0.1% F.S.

     

    2.2 Torque measure:

    10mNm~200mNm, Accuracy: 0.5%F.S.;

    300mNm~ 500Nm, Accuracy better than ±0.2% F.S.

     

    2.3 Output power measure:

    0.0001W~9.9999W~99.999W~999.99W~9999.9W~99999W, Accuracy better than±0.2% F.S.

     

    2.4 Rotation measure: CW, CCW, STALL

     

    3. Main function:

     

    3.1 Performance testing: Manual/Auto/Fixed point testing. Test RPM, torque, output power, voltage, current, input power, capacitor voltage, power factor, frequency, efficiency, room temperature and rotation;  

     

    3.2 Testing before delivery: Fix one of torque, RPM, current, output power, compare other items, judge OK/NG. 

     

    3.3 Life time testing: Equipped with 15 phases load and fix value & fix time testing.

    5. Basic operation

    External wiring;

    Load motor on fixture, adjust motor position to connect motor shaft to dynamometer shaft. 

    Connect motor power cable to DC power source output by wire connection box.
