Small and medium motor stator coil forming machine

The stator coil forming machine is suitable for forming the over-hang coil of the small and medium size stator , after the stator coil lacing process. Widely used in AC motors, air conditioner motors, compressor motors, fan motors, washing machine motors, pump motors, etc.

One set Mold is applicable to different stack height of stators.

Using upper, lower and center axis molds to complete the forming process.

Working principle

The stator is put on the left side of the roller to form up inner side of coil, then put the stator on the right side of forming die to form up height, inner and outer side of the coil finally to ensure the over-hang coil dimension would meet the required specification.
