1.This fan winding machine is Double stations,  automatic three spindle winding machine, the two working heads are controlled individually.

2.The  fan stator coil winding machine consists of controller, frequency controller, ball screw rod, brake, 2pcs 0.75KW motor, 4pcs stepping motor.

3.Fan motor stator winding is controller by controller.

4.It is Automatic winding, automatic wire arraying, automatic indexing, automatic cutting the wire.

5.The coil turn No. and width can be set, the indexing angle can be set within 360 degree.

The automatic  fan winding machine is used for household fans, commercial fans and industrial  fan, such as bedroom fan, indoor fan, outdoor fan, living room fan, kitchen fan, restaurant fan, factory fan, fan with light, etc.

(4)Operation:

Operator just needs to fix the stator, press “start” button then start winding.

After finishing winding one slot, the winding head automatically return and index to wind the next slot.
