Description: 

The equipment of the automatic magnetic steel insertion machine is divided into a magnetic strip shaping mechanism, a rotor indexing mechanism, an automatic slicing and pressing machine, a glue dropping machine and a residual glue scraping mechanism.

The magnetic stripe group is manually put into the magnetic strip shaping mechanism for shaping. 

After completion, the machine put the magnetic stripe group into the magnetic stripe storage rack automatically, and then put the rotor into the mold.

After pressing start, the device automatically clamps the rotor and performs indexing. The glue application mechanism and the magnetic steel insertion machine work together, one-time Push in the two pieces of magnets with N and S poles. The inserting method of the magnets can choose spacer inserts and row inserts.
