The mold adopts a modular design, and the winding adopts a dual-mode rotary winding mechanism with a three-axis mechanical arm wiring mechanism to achieve uniform arrangement of the windings into the wire-embedding mold. 

It has the function of automatic alarm for whether the U, V and W phases of the workpiece are embedded in the set one of the wrong phases and automatic identification of whether the stator is in place, that is, the incoming material foolproof function.

The wound wire package is evenly arranged and has no cross, which is convenient for wire embedding. It solves the problem of irregular winding when the multi-strand electromagnetic wire is wound in the ordinary threading machine.

It is convenient and quick to disassemble and replace during maintenance or product change.
