Product Description:
Polyester film capacitor paper soft composite foil is an insulating material product made of a layer of polyester film coated with adhesive in the middle of the upper and lower layers of capacitor paper, referred to as PMP.Temperature resistance grade F (155℃), no delamination, no foaming, no glue flow.Polyester film capacitor paper soft composite foil has good dielectric properties and high mechanical strength. It is suitable for all kinds of high voltage transformers as gasket insulation.
We can produce different dimensions of insulation material as per customer's requirement.There are different insulation material, DMD B/F class, Red Polyester film,Class E, Red Vulcanized Fiber, Class A.

2. Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, smooth surface, good flexibility, no water ripples on the surface, no crystal points, no double phase whitening, good impact resistance strength (good impact resistance strength at low temperature).

It will be better if customer could send us detailed drawing including below information.
1. Insulation material type: insulation paper, wedge, (including DMD,DM, polyester film, PMP,PET, Red Vulcanized Fiber)
2. Insulation material dimension: width, thickness, tolerance.
3. Insulation material thermal class: Class F, Class E, Class B, Class H
4. Insulation material applications
5. Required quantity: normally its weight
6. Other technical requirement.
