• Performs automatic folding, cutting, forming, and insertion of insulation paper into stator slots.

• Dual-edge chamfering to prevent wire interference.

• Integrated servo and pneumatic systems for precise control.

4. Coil Winding and Inserting Machine

Specifications:

• Multi-strand winding with rotating mold and robotic wire laying.

• Winding speed and mold movement fully controlled via HMI.

• Servo-controlled parameters: winding speed, mold drop height, wire positioning, wedge forming, etc.

• Quick changeover time: ≤80 minutes.

5. Coil Expansion Machine (4-Station)

• Modular mold design allows rapid model switching and precise stack length adjustments.

• Servo-driven upper/lower molds and coil height forming for enhanced flexibility.

6. Coil Lacing Machine
