8P Automotive micro motor hook commutator
The micro commutator is designed a tailor-made 8 hooks with a diameter of 8.1 mm, 10 mm long with a 3.1 mm bore.Commutator adopts shell-type technology and air mica undercut. The commmutator collector uses 0.08% silver copper materials with hardness above 95 HB and bars with a minimum tensile strength of 50N. It is guaranteed in terms of sturdiness, reliability and durability.
The micro commutator is suitable for automotive micro motors, car window motors, glass window motors, wiper motors, push rod motors.
