Brief Introduction : NIDE can process various slot insulating materials according to customer requirements, and provide different grades, different sizes, and different shapes of shaped slot insulating paper, slot wedges, and insulating gaskets.
6641 F grade DMD polyester film polyester fiber non-woven soft composite material is made of polyester fiber non-woven fabric and polyester film. The three-layer composite material bonded by F grade resin has a temperature resistance rating of 155°C. It is mainly used for slot insulation, turn-to-turn insulation, gasket insulation, transformer insulation of Y2 series motors or other low-voltage motors. It can also be used for F-class electrical coil insulation.
Available specifications: 0.15, 0.17, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35, 0.38mm
