Method for manufacturing slotted commutator
The slot type commutator includes a plastic base and a slot type commutating copper sheet. The top of the slot type commutating copper sheet is provided with a welding wire step. The adjacent slot type commutating copper sheets are insulated and isolated by mica sheets. The center has an upper cylindrical inner hole and a lower cylindrical inner hole coaxially arranged, and the hole diameter of the upper cylindrical hole is smaller than that of the lower cylindrical hole,
Features of slotted commutator
1. Effectively improve mechanical strength and overspeed performance.
2. A copper bush is embedded in the upper cylindrical inner hole of the plastic base of the slotted commutator,
3. The inner side of the reversing copper plate is provided with an upper hook foot implanted in the plastic matrix at the upper position, and the top of the upper hook foot is bent toward the center of the commutator to form an inner hook.
4. The inner surface of the reversing copper sheet is provided with a lower hook foot implanted in the plastic matrix at the lower position, a reinforcing ring groove is formed between the lower hook foot and the inner surface of the groove-type reversing copper sheet, and a reinforcing ring is arranged in the reinforcing ring groove;
5. A dovetail groove structure is formed between the bottom of the upper hook and the top of the lower hook.
