This type of Big Power Stator Coil Making machine is used to wind the stator coils. Machine is easy to operate and tooling change is fast. 

(1) Machine function and characteristic

Adopts special purpose controller to realize the function of auto winding, auto arraying, slot crossing, auto getting through wax tube and output setting, etc. The tooling could be auto extend and retract. Therefore, it is no need to discharge the tooling when taking out the finished coil. Thus it can reduce the labor and improve the efficiency. It could produce different dimension coils which are for same series size stator by adjusting the tooling, and tension is adjustable too.
