Brief Introduction : The Automatic BLDC Motor Stator Manufacturing Line is specifically designed for efficient and high-precision production of brushless motor stators. Equipped with a fully integrated system including paper inserting, needle winding, end insulation insertion, terminal pressing, and electrical testing, this production line achieves full automation with minimal operator intervention. Ideal for high-volume manufacturing, it supports a wide range of stator sizes and ensures consistent quality through advanced traceability and intelligent control systems.
This fully automated stator production line is designed for the mass production of BLDC (Brushless DC) motor stators. It integrates several intelligent processing units with a belt conveyor system to achieve seamless production from raw material loading to final testing.
