Brief Introduction : The Fully Automatic Stator Assembly Line is designed for high-volume production of stators for various motor types, including BLDC motors, induction motors, pump motors, and three-phase motors. The complete line integrates paper inserting, coil winding, coil inserting, lacing, forming, and testing processes—each fully automated to maximize productivity, accuracy, and consistency. Ideal for mass production environments, this flexible system supports multiple stator configurations, wire types, and pole numbers. Tailored solutions are available to meet specific customer requirements in performance, output, and footprint.
