NIDE's Automatic Stator Production Line is a comprehensive solution designed for the efficient 

manufacturing of different motor stators such as:

Each machine in the line is servo-controlled and PLC programmed, ensuring precision, repeatability, 

and minimal human intervention.

2. Compatible with Various Stator Sizes
The coil winding machine supports multiple winding modes (2/4/6 pole), large and small stators, copper 

or aluminum wire, and can be adjusted via HMI.

3. Fast Paper Inserting
Paper inserting speed up to ≤1s/slot (excluding loading/unloading). Compatible with various paper types 

and thicknesses.

4. High-Speed Coil Winding
Up to 4 winding heads and 8 operation stations. Features like auto cutting, auto skip, and auto indexing 

improve slot filling and winding speed.

5. Intelligent Coil Inserting
Coil inserting machine handles both coil and wedge simultaneously, reducing insertion time and 

improving slot fill consistency.

6. Precision Lacing Options
Supports multiple patterns—slot, interval, and fancy lacing. Easy tool change. Available in vertical 

and horizontal versions.

7. Two-Stage Forming Process
Initial forming before lacing, and final forming after lacing ensure coil shape accuracy. Cycle time ≤14s/set.

8. Complete Testing Module
End-of-line testing machine can conduct:

• Resistance test

• Hi-pot (dielectric strength) test

• Insulation resistance test
