The wedge forming and cutting machine is suitable for stators which need to do wedge inserting. It firtly cuts the wedge as per the pre-set lenght, then it will do the forming process. The cutting length and forming effect can be adjusted.

This machine is equipped with a double row mould for paper cutting, steeping motor for controlling paper feeding action, human machine interface for setting feeding length and a heating device which is used before forming. Cutting speed and heating temperature are adjstable.
